1.0 PURPOSE
The purpose of this test report is to present the procedures used and the results obtained during the testing of five (5) Power Supplies, one (1) part number SM200D, s/n 1600051, two (2) part number SM200S, s/n 1200463, 1200907, and two (2) part number SMH100S, s/n 5400065 and 5400093 Testing was conducted in accordance with 2.1 thru 2.3 below.

4.0 SUMMARY
ThePower Supplies, herein after referred to as the "specimens", were subjected to the tests of 6.0 herein, in accordance with 2.1 thru 2.3 above, as follows:

Thisprogram is described in detail in section 6.0, herein.
The specimens met the requirements of the specification without exception or deviation.
Loadbanks were supplied by Abbott Electronics.
This test report represents Independent Testing Laboratories, Inc. findings and conclusions based upon the conduct of the test and procedures described herein with respect only to the particular product(s) or component(s) which were provided to Independent Testing Laboratories, Inc. by the customer for testing and evaluation proposed per written purchase orders, procedures or verbal instructions.  All findings and conclusions set forth herein are expressly limited by and are subject to the conditions, exceptions, qualifications, parameters, and limitations described and noted herein.  Independent Testing Laboratories, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility of any nature or type whatsoever with respect to the applicability of the results set forth hereing to products or components other than the particular product(s) or component(s) which were actually physically tested by Independent Testing Laboratories, Inc. for purposes of this test report.
6.0 REQUIREMENTS, PROCEDURES AND RESULTS
MIL-STD-810E, Method 514.4, Proc. 1
6.1 VIBRATION
6.1.1 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The specimens shall show proper output voltage during and after this test.
6.1.2 TEST PROCEDURE
The test specimens were subjected to vibration in each of the three (3) mutually perpendicular axes (X, Y and Z) in the frequency range of 5 to 2000 Hz, one octave per minute sweeps, 0.06" d.a. from 5 to 99 Hz, 30 G from 99 to 2000 Hz, one (1) hour per axis.
6.1.3 TEST RESULTS
The specimens met the requirements of paragraph 6.1.1 above.

6.2 HUMIDITY
6.2.1 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The specimens shall show proper output voltage after this test.
6.2.2 TEST PROCEDURE
The specimens were placed in a humidity chamber and tested in accordance with Method 507.3, Procedure 1 of Reference 2.2, herein for a period of ten (10) days.
The specimens were non-operating during the test.
6.2.3 TEST RESULTS
The specimens met the requirements of paragraph 6.2.1 above.

MIL-STD-810E, Method 520.1, Proc. 3
6.3 TEMPERATURE / ALTITUDE
6.3.1 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The specimens shall show proper output voltage during and after this test.
 
6.3.2 TEST PROCEDURE
The specimens were subjected to Temperature / Altitude testing in accordance with Method 520.1, Procedure 3, Figure 520-1.5 of Reference 2.2, herein for 40 hours from -55°C to 71°C, 70,000 feet.
The specimens were operated during this test.
6.3.3 TEST RESULTS
The specimens met the requirements of paragraph 6.3.1 above.

MIL-STD-810E, Method 513.4, Proc. 3
6.4 ACCELERATION
6.4.1 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The specimens shall show proper output voltage after this test.
6.4.2 TEST PROCEDURE
The specimens were mounted to a flat aluminum plate and in turn mounted to the centrifuge arm. Power was applied to the specimens. A constant acceleration level of 14 G's was applied for a minimum of one (1) minute. The application of 14 G's for one (1) minute was repeated in both directions of all three (3) mutually perpendicular axes.
The specimens were non-operating during the test.
6.4.3 TEST RESULTS
The specimens met the requirements of paragraph 6.4.1 above.

MIL-STD-810E, Method 503.3
6.5 TEMPERATURE SHOCK
6.5.1 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The specimens shall show proper output voltage during and after this test.
6.5.2 TEST PROCEDURE
The specimens were subjected to Temperature Shock in accordance with Method 503.3 of Reference 2.2, herein at -55°C to +100°C (non-operating) one (1) hour at each extreme, 5°C per minute, three (3) cycles.
The specimens were non-operating during this test.
6.5.3 TEST RESULTS
The specimens met the requirements of paragraph 6.5.1 above.

MIL-S-901C
6.6 HIGH IMPACT SHOCK
6.6.1 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
The specimens were mounted to a flat aluminum plate and in turn mounted to the High Impact Light Weight Shock Machine and subjected to six blows as specified in MIL-S-901, Grade A, Class 1, Type A mounted, as follows:
The specimens were subjected to shock impacts from hammer drop heights of one, three, and five feet in each of three (3) directions, back, top, and bottom for a total of nine (9) impacts.
The specimens were operated at the conclusion of the test. The voltages are listed below.
