1.0	PURPOSE
1.1	The purpose of this test report is to present procedures employed and the results obtained while conducting the Environmental Tests of Vibration, Humidity, Temperature/ Humidity/ Altitude, Acceleration, Temperature Shock, and High Impact Shock, four (4) Power Supplies, P/N: NW50DM/12/15, S/n: 467066, P/N: CB30SM/2, S/n: 468546, P/N: CB5SM/5, S/N: 489095, and P/N: NB150SM/5, S/N: Proto #3, submitted by Martek Power.
1.2	The Environmental Tests as described in this report were performed in accordance with the references in Para. 2.0 of this report.

3.0	SUMMARY
3.1	The four (4) Power Supplies, P/N: NW50DM/12/15, S/n: 467066, P/N: CB30SM/2, S/n: 468546, P/N: CB5SM/5, S/N: 489095, and P/N: NB150SM/5, S/N: Proto #3, were subjected to and completed the specified Environmental Test of Vibration, with no visible evidence of damage or deterioration noted due to testing
3.2	The four (4) Power Supplies were considered to have met the requirements of the specified Environmental Test as conducted by Garwood Laboratories, Inc, with conditions as noted in this report.
3.3	The four (4) Power Supplies were returned to Martek Power for further evaluation after the completion of testing
